Home visits across Melbourne, scheduled with care
Recovery at Home is based in Melbourne’s south-east. We provide home and community visits across bayside, south-eastern and selected inner and eastern suburbs, subject to clinician routes and service availability.
Check your suburb
Home-visit capacity changes as clinicians’ routes change. Send us the suburb, requested discipline, preferred days and funding pathway. We will confirm whether we can provide a clinically appropriate and sustainable service rather than promise a route we cannot maintain.
Community locations
Some rehabilitation is delivered outside the home, including hydrotherapy and other community exercise settings. Location is selected according to accessibility, goals, transport, support needs and current program availability.
Remote coordination
We can discuss referrals and coordinate with families or care teams by phone or email. Assessment and treatment recommendations that depend on physical examination, movement observation or the home environment require an appropriate in-person visit.
