How information is used and shared
Information is used for care, safety, communication, service administration and required reporting. With consent, or where otherwise permitted or required by law, relevant information may be shared with involved health professionals, care teams, funders, service providers or emergency services.
Email and website enquiries
Ordinary email may not be appropriate for highly sensitive information. Send only what is needed for the initial enquiry and use an approved secure channel where one is available. This website does not ask you to create an account or submit clinical information through an online form.
